1. Who we are

Local Roofing Help (Call Force Inc.) operates this website at https://localroofinghelp.com. The corporate office is at 375 University Ave, Suite 3268, Toronto, ON M5G 2J5, CA. We are a national lead-matching service that connects U.S. homeowners with vetted local roofing contractors. We are not a roofing contractor ourselves and do not perform roofing work.

2. What we collect

We collect only what we need to match you with a contractor and to keep the service safe.

• Project details you submit: full name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, the type of roofing service you need, urgency, property type, and any free-text notes you add. You enter these on our quote funnel or contact form.
• Technical data: the IP address and user-agent of requests to our forms. We use these to apply rate limits and detect abuse — not to build advertising profiles.
• Analytics: we use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics service. Plausible does not set cookies, does not collect personal data, and aggregates measurements at the page level (visits, referrers, country, device type). We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party advertising trackers in this wave of the site.

3. How we use it

• To match your project with vetted contractor partners in your service area.
• To send you transactional confirmations and to receive your inquiry internally. Outbound email runs through Resend, our transactional email provider.
• To run aggregated, non-identifying analytics so we know which pages and tools are useful and where the site needs work.
• To enforce rate limits, deter spam, and investigate misuse.
• To comply with legal obligations and respond to valid legal process when required.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it to advertisers. We do not use your contact details for marketing campaigns unrelated to your roofing inquiry.

4. Sharing with contractor partners

When you submit a lead through this site, we share the relevant project fields — your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, type of work, urgency, property type, and any notes you provide — with up to three to five vetted roofing contractors in our network whose service area covers your ZIP. Those contractors will contact you directly to schedule an estimate.

Contractor partners agree to use the information only to respond to your project inquiry and to follow applicable telemarketing and email-marketing laws. They are independent businesses; once they receive your information, they handle it under their own privacy practices. If you do not want to be contacted by a contractor we matched you with, tell that contractor to stop contacting you, and contact us so we can flag the issue with our partner.

5. Lead enrichment

When you submit your address as part of a quote request, we may query publicly available property data sources (Zillow listings, NOAA storm databases, Google Maps) to enrich the lead with property and area context that helps matched contractors quote accurately. We do not perform standalone surveillance on addresses we don't have a quote request for. You can request deletion of your enriched data via the contact page.

6. Cookies and tracking

We keep tracking minimal. Plausible Analytics is cookieless and does not store identifiers in your browser. Our forms include a hidden honeypot field and an in-memory rate limiter on form submissions; both are abuse-prevention measures and do not track individual users across sessions. We do not run third-party advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or cross-site trackers in Wave 1 of this site.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live in the United States, you may have specific rights under your state's privacy law — including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (CDPA), the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), and similar laws in other states. Generally, those rights include the right to access the personal information we hold about you, the right to request its deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not engage in such sale or sharing.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the contact page. We will verify your identity using the contact details on file before responding, and we will respond within the timeframe required by your state's law.

Data retention. We keep active lead records for up to 24 months from the date of submission, after which they are deleted from our active systems. Lead records that did not convert into a contractor engagement are deleted after 12 months. Backups are purged on a rolling schedule beyond those windows.

8. Children's privacy

This service is intended for adult U.S. homeowners and property managers. It is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information through this site, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International users

Local Roofing Help serves only the United States. Our contractor network operates in the U.S., and the lead-matching service is not available in other countries. If you are outside the United States, please do not submit lead forms — we cannot match you with a contractor, and we discourage you from providing personal information through this site.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time as the service evolves or as the law changes. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on this page; we encourage you to re-read this policy periodically.
